Just log in to the play.deepidoo.com page, and enter your login and password.

I forgot my password ... How can I log in again?

Log in to the same play.deepidoo.com page and click on "Forgot your password". Simply enter your email address to receive a new password creation link.

I already have screens that were previously used with another provider. Can I use the Deepidoo solution on mine?

Yes, depending on the exact model of the screens, you will have the choice between two possibilities: Our SoC solution, without player. To find out if this alternative is possible, a member of our sales team will check with you the serial number and brand of the units in your fleet to make sure it is possible Our solution with player (the Deepibox). This plug and play solution is an alternative that works on all screens!

Is it possible to have a demonstration of the solution?

What is media planning?

Media planning is the programming of audio and/or video content for a brand on its various devices, points of sale etc.

Can Deepidoo do the media planning for me?

Absolutely! As the price of this service depends on your own planning, your screen park, the number of playlists to be programmed, the points of sale, etc... contact your sales representative directly, or send us an email at [e-mail] ! ! We will come back to you for a personalized support.

Can Deepidoo create content for me?

We can create audio messages for you! We work with a team of professional actors and can offer you many different voices! You can even make a request directly from your PLAY platform.
